Is there a crib available?
You can book a crib. Due to safety requirements, this will be put in the reserved accommodation without mattress. You have to bring the mattress and bed linen yourself. The size of the crib for the mattress is 60x120 cm.

What time can I check in and out?
Camping
You can occupy your pitch from 1 pm. Standard pitches should be vacated by 12 pm. Pitches with private toilet facilities should be vacated by 11 am.
Accommodation
You can check into accommodation after 3 pm. On the day of departure, you should vacate the accommodation before 10 am.
Can I check in earlier and/or check out later?
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to check in earlier, but if you want to check out later, ask at reception on arrival and they will explain the options for booking an extra half-day. Booking a half-day is subject to availability and can only be done towards the end of your stay.
Can I have an extra guest for one or more nights?
This is no problem at all, as long as the maximum number of people in the accommodation or on the pitch isn’t exceded. When entering the composition of your group, you just have to tell us who will be staying in the park for the whole period. For anyone staying for just a part of that period, you can let us know beforehand separately by getting in touch with our Contact Centre on +31 85 0400 700 or by letting reception know on arrival at the park.
Tourist tax is also payable on arrival for this person or persons. When camping, the additional cost of each extra person per night is also be charged.
How many pets can I take on holiday with me?
A maximum of two pets per accommodation/pitch is permitted in the Netherlands and Germany. A maximum of one pet is permitted in France in the high season and two in the low season. In some parks, prior permission may be required for a second pet.
Can I take my guide dog with me?
Yes, your guide dog is welcome at all RCN Holiday Parks free of charge, just let us know beforehand when making your booking.
